The book covers a wide range of countries and cultures in North America, Europe and and Asia. Next, we have a set of nationally-based cases that represent exemplifications of many of the conceptual points made by contributors, who include scholars based in a wide variety of countries around the world, in universities and business schools.

This book was previously published as a special issue of The International Journal of Human Resource Management.

Biografía del autor:

Chris Rowley is a Professor at the Cass Business School at City University, London, and is Editor of the journal Asia Pacific Business Review. He is also a member of the Editorial Board of Personnel Review. He has consultancy experience with unions, business enterprises and government departments and is a respected author.

Malcolm Warner is at the Judge Business School, University of Cambridge, UK.
